MyraMAYNE(Jarrow). Peacefully at home after a short illness on 15th August 2015, aged 89 years, Myra (nee Form), beloved wife of the late George, much loved sister of Albert Form and the late Bill and Lecia Form and a kind and generous aunt to her family. Funeral Service will take place in Jarrow Cemetery Chapel on Wednesday August 26th 2015 at 10.45am, followed by interment. Myra will be resting with the Co-opertaive Funeralcare, Jarrow.
